Naked-eye colored chemo dosimeter based on vanilline based conjugated sensor was synthesized and characterized. The main point of this paper is that the solvent also affects on selectivity of metals. Vanilline based conjugate sensor exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity for detection of Ferric ions (Fe+3) in all (both polar and nonpolar) solvents according to absorbance which can be observed by naked eye. The selectivity was more prominent in nonpolar or less polar solvent due to solubility factor of ions and sensor but not for polar. The detection of limit of the synthesized probes was shown up to 0.84 ppm. The dielectric constant of solvents affected on the complex formation of ligand with transition metal ions. A filter paper strip system was used for rapid monitoring of detection by color variation.  相似文献

The great challenge for modern research is to define the most efficient tools to make more sustainable the industrial production and manufacturing. Among the different aspects that require attention the replacement of toxic and/or non-renewable solvents it is certainly playing a crucial role. Dealing with widely used dipolar aprotic solvents, among the different alternatives proposed in the literature γ-valerolactone (GVL) plays a pivotal role covering different application area. In this contribution, the benefits derived from the use of GVL as a circular, safe, biomass-derived reaction medium are highlighted covering most recent publications (2021). The presentation has been divided into three major sections: (i) biomass valorization, (ii) materials synthesis, manufacturing and recycle and (iii) new synthetic methodologies.  相似文献

In the present study, novel representatives of the important group of biologically-active, dehydroabietic acid-bearing dithiocarbamate moiety, were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HR-MS. The in vitro antiproliferative activity evaluation (MTT) indicated that these compounds exhibited potent inhibitory activities in various cancer cell lines (HepG-2, MCF-7, HeLa, T-24, MGC-803). Particularly, compound III-b possessed extraordinary cytotoxicity with low micromolar IC50 values ranging from 4.07 to 38.84 µM against tested cancer cell lines, while displayed weak cytotoxicity on two normal cell lines (LO-2 and HEK 293 T). Subsequently, the potential mechanisms of representative compound III-b were elementarily investigated by Transwell experiment, which showed III-b can inhibit cancer cells migration. Annexin-V/PI dual staining showed that the compound can induce HepG-2 cells apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner. Meanwhile this apoptosis may be related to the upregulated protein expression of cleaved-caspase 3, cleaved-caspase 9, Bax and downregulated of Bcl-2 indicated by Western Blot. Later study further confirmed that ROS levels in HepG-2 cells increased significantly with the rise of concentrations. In addition, through the network pharmacology data analyzing, the core targets and signaling pathways of compound III-b for treatment of liver neoplasms were forecasted. Molecular docking model showed that compound III-b had high affinity with hub targets (CASP3, EGFR, HSP90AA1, MAPK1, ERBB2, MDM2), suggesting that compound III-b might target the hub protein to modulate signaling activity. Taken together, these data indicated that dehydroabietic acid structural modification following the “Molecular hybridization” principle is a feasible way to discover the potential multi-targeted antitumor compounds.  相似文献

Utilization of intermolecular Friedel-Crafts and intramolecular condensation reaction,novel 1,3-di-(pyridine-2-yl)benzene(N,C,N terdentate) skeleton with electro-withdrawing group in 6' position of pyridyl and a cyclization between 6' position of pyridyl and 6 position of benzyl ring were firstly designed and synthesized.The structures of these novel N,C,N terdentate were confirmed by NMR,MS and X-ray single crystalanalyses.The photophysical properties of these compounds were briefly explored.  相似文献

利用单相机所采集的图像实现了对光滑高反射表面面形的直接检测.首先利用相机获取参考平面在标准平面镜中的镜像,然后通过参考平面上的点与归一化成像平面上图像点之间的密集折返对应关系,求得待测镜面的深度距离,从而实现对高反射表面面形的测量.通过光线追迹将该测量过程转化为求解物空间中关于两对应光线束之间的相交问题.以相位为载体获取面形梯度分布,求得该表面的法向量场,并求解相应的反射光线束.通过光线追迹对该光线束与相应入射光线束求“交点”检测高反射表面.对标准平面镜进行实验检测,测量得到的面形平面度为0.19 mm.采用传统方法与本文所提方法对汽车后视镜进行检测,所得检测结果对应点之间的平均距离为0.15 mm,验证了本文方法检测镜面面形的有效性.  相似文献

Constructing a reliable and favorable electrode-electrolyte interface is crucial to utilize the exceptional energy storage capability in commercial lithium-ion batteries. Here, we report a facile synthesis approach for the lithium difluorophosphate (LiPO2F2) solution as an effective film-forming additive via direct adding the Li2CO3 into LiPF6 solution at 45 °C. Benefiting from the significantly reduced interface resistance (RSEI) and charge transfer impedance (Rct) of both the cathode and anode by adding the prepared LiPO2F2 solution into a baseline electrolyte, the cycling performance of the graphite||LiNi0.5Mn0.3Co0.2O2 pouch cell is remarkably improved under all-climate condition.  相似文献

Digital image correlation and image registration or matching are among the most widely used techniques in the fields of experimental mechanics and computer vision, respectively. Despite their applications in separate fields, both techniques primarily involve detecting the same physical points in two or more images. In this paper, a brief technical comparison of the two techniques is reviewed, and their similarities and differences as well as complements are presented. It is shown that some concepts from the image registration or matching technique can be applied to the digital image correlation technique to substantially enhance its performance, which can help broaden the applications of digital image correlation in scientific research and engineering practice.  相似文献

Material databases of plastics are becoming more and more the focus of applied science and commercial use in industry. Material properties of material manufacturers are often provided in publicly accessible material databases, which usually contain processing and mechanical properties under static loadings. Fatigue strength values are usually not accessible. The fatigue data for thermoplastics is of particular interest, as these materials have a particularly high lightweight construction potential and can be processed with a high degree of automation and reproducibility.Individual fatigue strength parameters for a specific material, environmental condition, geometry and loadings have been investigated in numerous publications. However, no work has been found in which fundamental interactions of different materials, environmental conditions, geometries and loadings on the course of the S/N-Curve have been investigated.In this paper, different effect relationships between temperature, filler type and filler content, fiber orientation and load ratio will be presented for the material Polypropylene (PP). A fatigue strength database of 11 different material manufacturers, from 71 different S/N-Curves with 606 tested samples, serves as a basis. The fatigue database enables a digital twin, which is used for the design of structural components to add a third dimension with artificial intelligence, and which is trained by an engineer. From the determined effect relationships, fatigue factors are to be derived and can be used to evaluate the fatigue strength of a component in the design process and to train the digital twin. The fatigue-strength values from the database also allow a statistical consideration of the slope k and the scattering of the S/N-Curve. The different S/N-Curves are transferred into a Haigh diagram, from which the functional course of the mean stress is determined.  相似文献

Deformation-induced cavitation influences the mechanical response of polymeric materials, but acquiring in situ measurements of the spatial evolution of cavities has typically necessitated the use of synchrotron radiation sources. The objective of this study is to develop and demonstrate a method allowing for in situ measurements of deformation-induced cavitation in axisymmetric polymer specimens, using a home-laboratory X-ray computed tomography setup. The method is demonstrated by assessing deformation-induced cavitation of mineral-filled PVC in a repeated loading-unloading experiment. A temporal resolution of about 3 s is obtained by exploiting the axisymmetry of notched round tensile specimens. The evolution of relative density was captured throughout the experiment, revealing an interplay between void nucleation and void growth. Combined with surface deformation measurements obtained by digital image correlation, the present technique yields data suitable for calibration and validation of material models.  相似文献
